IV. Additional details about how we share your Personal Information

To provide certain products and services, Toggle may share information with third parties who provideservices to us, such as the manufacturers, distributors, and operators of hardware and software used in ouronline dashboard and mobile application. Any third party with whom we share identifiable informationwill only have access necessary to perform specific tasks on our behalf, will only use the information forthis purpose, and will protect your information at least to the same extent that we do.

Toggle may share information to comply with our legal obligations, such as to respond to lawful requestsand legal processes. In the event we are asked to disclose your Personal Information, we will attempt tovalidate the request and inform you of it.

Finally, Toggle may disclose information where needed to affect the sale or transfer of its assets, enforceits rights, protect its property, or protect the rights, property, or safety of others, or as needed to supportexternal auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions.

If Toggle needs to share your information for a purpose not identified here, we will obtain your consentand disclose this purpose at the time of obtaining your consent. For example, Toggle may wish to useyour information in demonstrations or other marketing materials and will contact you before doing so.

V. We do not knowingly collect the Personal Information of minors

Our products and services are not directed to minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collector sell the Personal Information of minors.

VI. How does Toggle keep my information secure?

We implement and maintain reasonable security appropriate to the nature of the Personal Information thatwe collect, use, retain, transfer or otherwise process. Our reasonable security program is implemented andmaintained in accordance with applicable law and relevant standards as outlined in the report issued bythe California Attorney General in February 2016, available here. Specifically, among other safeguards,our reasonable security program implements and maintains all 20 of the Center for Internet Security’sCritical Security Controls for Effective Cyber Defense identified in Appendix A of the CaliforniaAttorney General Report. As noted in that report, “there is no perfect security,” and reasonable security isa process that involves risk management rather than risk elimination.

We are committed to developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring and updating a reasonableinformation security program, but no such program can be perfect. In other words, all risk cannotreasonably be eliminated. Data security incidents and breaches can occur due to vulnerabilities, criminalexploits, or other factors that cannot reasonably be prevented. Accordingly, while our reasonable securityprogram is designed to manage data security risks and thus help prevent data security incidents andbreaches, it cannot be assumed that the occurrence of any given incident or breach results from a failureon our part to implement and maintain reasonable security.

We keep different kinds of information for different lengths of time, depending on the purpose for whichit was processed and your specific situation. Thus, we will retain information as long as necessary toaccomplish the relevant purpose, but no longer.
